Questions about our Free Film to DVD Offer

Can I get my sample reel added to my full order?

Yes you may - however, the free sample offer is just that - a free sample, not a free transfer. If you want to include the reel from the sample with your full order you will have to pay the normal charge.

How much film are we getting transferred for free?

We will transfer 50 feet from the beginning of a single film. 50 feet of film is roughly 3 minutes.

How do you ship the sample DVD back? Will I have to pay for return shipping?

We pick up the shipping costs and send the film back via Australia Post.

Do I get my film back from the sample?

Yes! We return the film, boxes, cans everything!
